[DFC_SECURITY_CERTIFICATE_DUPLICATE] multiple certificate records in global registry or docbase

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  • Stop the ongoing repository upgrade process.
  • Take a backup of the dfc.keystore file in the $DOCUMENTUM_SHARED/config (for security purposes).
  • Remove the dfc.keystore file in $DOCUMENTUM_SHARED/config.
  • Restart the repository upgrade process.
The upgrade should now go through.
